Point Service Langenfeld, Germany
Type of service :
Damaged crane:
All-in-one service: from the transport of a damaged crane, through the repair process, until the final handover to the customer.
Whether it is a partial repair of the superstructure or the carrier cabin, such as welding in new bars, attachments, roof segments, or repositioning and partial renewal of the doors, our qualified personnel will complete the work professionally.
Painting is completed in our modern paint booth in compliance with all environmental requirements. Please note, we are unable to complete full crane repainting services.
Used crane :

All-in-one service such as maintenance and repair, adding options, modifications to meet country specifications, software updates and complete testing of the crane.
Boom :
 |
Repair of mechanically welded steel components such as straightening work, as well as fabrication of steel parts for accident repairs.
Our workshop is a certified service point and complies with the standards, regulations and rules according to DIN EN ISO 9001. In addition, we have the manufacturer's qualification for the welding of high-strength fine-grained steel according to DIN 18800-7 Class E (DIN EN 1090-2). Our welders are qualified according to DIN EN 287-1.
Brake systems :
Certified computer-aided brake test stand. Take care of your own safety and that of others. Have your crane brakes tested at regular intervals and renewed if necessary.
Maintenance:

Maintenance and inspections performed at our service location.
- Engine service according to manufacturer's specifications (Mercedes, Cummins)
- Tire change with our own tire mounting machine.
- Replacement of all spare and wear parts with original equipment manufacturer parts.
- All repairs and external services are carried out by ISO 9001 certified companies.
Retrofitting of attachments and auxiliary equipment according to manufacturer's specifications, such as dart, air conditioning, and country options.
Manufacture of special cranes according to customer's instructions
